Registration

After your consultation, we'll confirm your study plan. We'll then send you the finalised plan along with the payment details. 

Once your payment is complete, you'll receive an invitation link to join your lesson.

Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy

• All lessons must be paid for in advance, and payment is due at least 24 hours before the first lesson of the month. We accept payment via bank transfer and not in cash.

The refund and cancellation policy

• Before the lessons begin: You are entitled to a full refund (100%) of your tuition fees.

• Before 1/3 of the total course duration has passed: You can receive a refund of two-thirds (2/3) of the tuition fees.

• Before 1/2 of the total course duration has passed: You can receive a refund of one-half (1/2) of the tuition fees.

• After 1/2 of the total course duration has passed:  No refund is given.

• Textbook and other fees: Costs for things like textbooks or other materials may not be included in the refund amount. 

• How to apply: A written application is required for a refund, and verbal requests may not be accepted.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

• Student Cancellations: Notice Period: Lessons cancelled by the student with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate.

• No-Show: If a student is more than 15 minutes late for a lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

•  Instructor Cancellations: If the instructor needs to cancel a lesson, we will either reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time or provide a full refund for that specific lesson.

Confidentiality

• We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all student personal information and lesson content. This is a crucial part of building a trusting relationship, and we ensure that your privacy is protected.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Lessons Policy

• The instructor reserves the right to refuse or terminate lessons with any student who displays disrespectful, inappropriate, or harmful behaviour. In such cases, the student will be notified, and any remaining lessons may be subject to a partial or full refund at the instructor's discretion.
